How To Place An Order

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept all Major Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

(Please note the bank adds 2-3% for all credit transactions)

All orders must be paid in full, before being shipped. 

 

All payments must be made in USD Dollar.

 

 

Canceling/Changing Orders
 

We can change the items on your order, delivery address, or ship method as long as your order has not been processed. Please contact us at 212-889-6217 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST the day you place your order to make the change.

 

If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

 
Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are based on total weight and delivery address. Any shipping quote provided before packaging of order is an estimate only. Most orders are shipped the same business day we receive them.

 

Daily shipping cutoff is 3pm PT, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Shipping Department is CLOSED on weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.Express shipment (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, etc) transit times do not count weekends or holidays. Shipping time is 3-7 business days. 

 

If you have selected express shipping on your order (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select).

 

 

Returns & Refunds
 

Due to the nature of our merchandise all sales are final. If we have made an error we will certainly correct it.
